The staff were exceptionally accommodating, promptly addressing requests for extras. However, the air conditioning was a significant issue, turning off unexpectedly at night, which hindered sleep. Breakfast options were lacking, with slow replenishment and limited choices, making nearby cafes a better alternative.

I was appalled by the check-in chaos, where it took over half an hour just to locate my reservation. The air conditioning was not only outdated but incredibly noisy and smelled bad. Plus, the microwave was broken and had to be placed awkwardly on a table, creating a potential hazard in an already cramped kitchen area.

I loved the perfect access to major landmarks like the Royal Palace just a short 10-minute walk away, and with the picturesque Templo de Debod around 500 meters, my weekend was filled with stunning views and charming strolls through the city.

The room was spacious with a king-size bed and a kitchenette that added convenience, especially for quick meals. Staff were efficient and accommodating, promptly providing an iron upon request. The ambiance was surprisingly quiet, allowing a good night's rest despite the bustling area. Overall, a solid choice for business travelers.
